DL at the Florida Heritage Book Festival
Just a brief note to update you on a change of date for the South Florida Writers Conference to be held in Avon Park, Florida. It has been moved from January 23rd to February 27th. I’ll be delivering my character development class as originally planned. Check with the college for more info on the event, other speakers, etc.
I’ll be signing books at the Matlacha Menagerie, in Matlacha FL on Saturday, December 13th, 11 to 1 and 2 to 4.
I’ll be speaking at the Museum of the Islands, on Pine Island, FL (next to the library) January 5th at 6 PM. I’ll be speaking about my book Blue Water, Red Blood with emphasis on the portion that deals with Florida history.
If you’d like to learn about some of Florida’s contribution’s to winning WWII visit Sandman Books on Burnt Store Rd, in Punta Gorda, FL. I’ll discussing what Florida did to help on land, sea, and air.
